Job description: Mass211 Information Resource – $22/hr (Spanish Speaking)Join our team as a Mass211 Information Resource with a hybrid work arrangement.– Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday are on-site in Framingham, MA. Wednesday and Friday are remote days.– Hours are 10am to 6pm.– Pay is $22/hrThis role is perfect for those with call center experience or experience in determining eligibility for state or federal resources and requires fluency in both Spanish and English.What we are looking for:
- One year of experience in human services, nonprofit, public administration, or community research, with general knowledge of Health & Human Services
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center setting
- Skilled in data gathering techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems
- Must be Fluent in Spanish and English
- High School Diploma or equivalent; AIRS Certification is appreciated but not required
