Job description: Contact: Alexandra Spink No 3rd party applicantsJob Description: Primary role in supporting the Managed Market Liaison (MML) Team within the company’s Medical Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the development of resources and training materials for the MML team. Your primary responsibilities will include project management, content development, and training coordination across various therapeutic areas. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional colleagues in medical strategy, training, and development teams to ensure the MML team has access to timely and effective resources for educating, informing, and engaging the Payer audience. Effective communication and alignment with Medical Strategy, GVRWE, Payer Marketing and the MML Team lead are essential to meet goals and objectives in a timely manner.Responsibilities:
- Resource and Content Development: Execute the development of MML resources in collaboration with Global Medical Strategy Managed Markets (CNS) and Medical Strategy Program Leads.
- Training Coordination: Collaborate with the training and development team and medical strategy to coordinate training initiatives and ensure MML team members are well-prepared to engage with the Payer audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in medical strategy, as well as across different therapeutic areas, to ensure a cohesive approach to resource development and training.
- Effective Communication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with Medical Strategy, the Global Value and Real-World Evidence (GVRWE) team, Market Access Payer Team, and the MML Team lead to foster partnerships and alignment.
- Goal Alignment: Ensure that goals and objectives are consistently met in a timely manner and contribute to the overall success of the MML team.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare, or related discipline.
- Prior experience in a field managed care position or related role within the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of clinical and pharmacoeconomic evidence and clinical trial designs.
- Strong understanding of industry legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively as a contractor and to align with company’s values and objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, excellent organizational/time management skills and be able to collaborate and align with diverse, cross-functional teams, including the ability to influence non-direct reports.
