- Clinical Study Backgrounders
- Website Copy
- Brand Promotional Materials + Sales Tools

- Bachelor’s degree required (English, Journalism, or a similar field is preferred)
- Familiarity with the use of internal and/or external style guides (preferably AMA)
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, and Web research
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience proofreading and/or copyediting in an agency, scientific journal, or health care setting is preferred
Skills + Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of grammar, syntax, spelling, and punctuation
- Ability to edit for clarity, consistency, and tone
- Exacting attention to detail and factual accuracy
- Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational and coordination skills
- Familiarity with and/or interest in medical/scientific terminology, statistics, and data analysis
- Capacity to review, fact-check, and reference-check medical and scientific text
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Great time management skills
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate, in a digital-only, multiscreen environment
