- Perform medical records, administrative and clerical duties in support of the medical facility.
- Receive and direct telephone calls, messages, and patients/visitors.
- Arrange and schedule medical appointments and determines patient eligibility for services.
- Use multiple office automation software with varied functions to produce a wide range of documents, formats, etc.
- Update and file patient medical records.
