Compensation Range: $33 – 39 per hourWe are seeking a talented and collaborative Production Designer to partner with Designers and Project Managers in creating impactful assets across Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM channels. This role involves daily use of automation tools to develop and maintain workflow templates, ensuring efficiency and consistency.The ideal candidate will work closely with Art Directors and Designers to execute creative visions, applying design principles such as color, typography, and usability to create visually compelling layouts. You’ll become an expert in our brand and strategic marketing goals, collaborate with vendors to maintain quality assurance on outsourced digital assets, and establish authentic fan-to-fan connections to engage our target audience. Staying current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technology is essential for success in this role.Responsibilities:
- Partner with Designers and Project Managers to create assets for channels including Digital, Social, Product Marketing, and CRM.
- Work in our automation tool daily to develop and maintain templates that are implemented in our daily workflow.
- Work with the Art Directors and Designers to establish and execute on creative vision.
- Create layouts applying design principles such as color, typography, organizing elements, and usability.
- Become an expert on brand and strategic marketing goals.
- Collaborate with vendors to enforce quality assurance on all outsourced digital assets.
- Establish an authentic “fan-to-fan” connection to build relationships with our target.
- Stay current on marketing trends, best practices, and emerging tech.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality work.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once and deliver on quick deadlines.
- Demonstrated understanding of modern marketing (digital, experiential & social).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator).
- Experience working with licensing is preferred.
- Automation experience is preferred.
- Figma experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of sports is a plus.
- A relevant portfolio must be provided.
