Responsibilities:
- Design and develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for medical imaging software and systems
- Execute and manage testing activities for medical imaging software and systems
- Develop and maintain automated testing tools and frameworks for medical imaging software and systems
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues
- Perform risk analysis and identify areas for improvement in the development process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for medical imaging software (e.g., FDA, CE)
- Conduct code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability
- Mentor and train junior members of the QA team
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and customer support, to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to medical imaging and quality assurance
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Lead or similar role in medical imaging
- Strong knowledge of medical imaging standards, protocols, and best practices
- Ability to design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for medical imaging software and systems
- Experience with testing medical imaging software for compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, CE)
- Familiarity with medical imaging modalities, such as MRI, CT, and ultrasound
- Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in server-side and client-side programming in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- BS degree in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience
