Our impact comes from our people, applying complex analysis, interpretation and artificial intelligence that opens up all sorts of possibilities for our customers.Job DescriptionReporting to the Vice President of People & Culture the contract TA Business Partner will be responsible for adding value to the business by delivering full cycle recruiting and administrative support related to ATS and HRIS. This position will collaborate to determine the best recruitment processes to enhance the calibre of candidates and to ensure we are hiring the best talent for all roles. This contract will be approximately 3-6 months with the possibility of extension.
- Coaching and supporting GTM managers in the full end to end recruitment process
- Source candidates via linkedin recruiter, direct advertising on job boards, and referrals.
- Reviewing the current recruitment processes to streamline and keep up with market trends
- Writing job descriptions and uploading them onto our recruitment platforms.
- Manage, collate applications and responses and ensuring timely updates are provided on stages of the recruitment progress.
- Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process.
- Telephone screens and arrange interviews for suitable candidates.
- Schedule all interviews and follow-ups.
- Create and negotiate employment contracts, offer letters and other employee related documents.
- Manage candidate and hiring manager expectations.
- Recommending improvement to the recruitment and administration procedures and processes for continuous business efficiency.
- Developing a strong pipeline of potential permanent employees.
- Working with leadership to identify areas of efficiency & productivity related to recruitment and talent development
Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in Recruitment
- Experience recruiting Sales and Marketing (GTM) roles within a growing technology company, preferably SaaS
- Linkedin Recruiter sourcing
- Experience in managing end to end recruitment in accordance with targeted selection recruitment methodology
- Ability to communicate at all levels in the company
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude, even when under pressure
- High attention to detail
- Degree qualified, BSc Human Resources or Business Administration
