Job description: Established company in Greenville, NC who is focused on excellent customer service, is looking for contract, work from home FULL-TIME Call Center Agents in Eastern North Carolina!$16.00/hourThis non-clinical position will receive and transfer calls appropriately in high volume. The position’s primary responsibility is to answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate party, sharing information, providing technical assistance, answering questions and handling and/or resolving complaints.The CSR is often the first interaction and must respond to the caller’s needs in a professional service-oriented manner while maintaining a high level of customer/client satisfaction.These calls may be demanding, and you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from individuals facing challenging circumstances. These interactions may be emotionally charged, and it is important to be able to stay calm and professional.
- Prior experience in a call center setting is required, a medical or behavioral health experience is preferred.
- This position is temporary and will work Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., OR 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; all holidays required.
- Position is currently remote, and the person must have a work environment that is free from interruptions.
- Contract need, lasting 12 months with possibility of an extension.

- Must live in North Carolina, specifically within the catchment area of this client (eligibility will be determined by a recruiter during the review of your resume/location)

- CBC and Drug Screen will be a part of the pre-employment screening.
- MUST have the ability to work distraction free from home and on a FULL TIME SCHEDULE. Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., OR 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Must have a schedule conducive to working all holidays as required by the employer for this position.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and during potentially high stress calls.
Expected salary: $16 per hour
