Job description: We are seeking a Benefits Manager to join our Remote team. You will be responsible for helping customers by providing insurance product and service information on their permanent coverage from their employer. We work with all major organizations across the US including the firefighters, teachers, & veterans. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about growth.Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and qualifications
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Build and maintain relationships with new members as well as existing
- Obtain license to be able to service our members
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Reps Can expect: * Members are provided by company/ No cold calling or self prospecting
