This is NOT a remote position. This role will work out of our Westminster, CO location when not traveling for the role.Perform field installation and maintenance of Maxar Intelligence ground stations:
- Full Motion Antenna Systems.
- Radios & RF Communications.
- Computing Systems.
- Network Infrastructure.
- Facilities including Power and HVAC.
- Engineer ground station solutions that meets customers’ requirements.
- Utilize project and problem management solutions to ensure initiatives are properly tracked and implemented.
- Perform troubleshooting and execute repairs of reported issues with DigitalGlobe or customer ground stations.
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding recommended actions for reported issues.
- Utilize and maintain monitoring tools. Perform ongoing assessments of the most effective means to gather operational metrics for insight into performance.
- Ensure documentation is created, assembled, and organized for DigitalGlobe and customer ground stations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be willing and able to obtain a U.S. Secret Clearance
- Possess a trade school degree and 2 years experience or 4 years of related work experience post High School
- Be able to travel up to 20%-30% of the time, for extended periods
- Be able to lift more than 50 pounds
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge of motor systems
- Knowledge of antenna systems
- Demonstrated RF understanding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with ground station antenna systems
- Solid understanding of computer software systems
- Unix programming language systems experience
- Network systems experience
- RF design experience

#LI-MG1Our salary ranges are market-driven and set to allow for flexibility. Individual pay will be competitive based on a candidate’s unique set of knowledge, skills, and geographic diversity, with earnings potential commensurate with experience.
