This individual will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the organizations human resource department. We are searching for an organized, detail-oriented and highly motivated individual that will aid their Human Resources department.Key Responsibilities:The HR Compensation Analyst will assist in the administration of the compensation program which includes:Responsible for intake of compensation/classification forms
Classifying non-exempt and exempt positions
Conducting salary surveys
Assists with market matching for job classifications using a variety of tools and software.
Maintains compensation database, job code tables, and reviews and troubleshoots hiring forms and systems compensation standards
Overseeing annual merit pay increases
Collecting and analyzing data on wages and salaries, and evaluating job positions to determine classification and salary.
Assist in the design and administration of compensation programs and may help in preparing compensation reports
Time and attendance processing/auditing
Works as part of a team to approve job actions and applies proper coding to ensure correct actions are processed for both internal and external reporting
Performs other duties as assignedQualifications:2+ years of progressive experience in human resources management with specific expertise in the area of compensation
Knowledge of job analysis and job evaluation
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
Advanced Excel skills, including the use of pivot tables, formulas, data validation, and tables
