Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategies to generate leads through various online
platforms and social media.
- Learn and utilize our CRM (Customer Relations Manager) for lead
generation and training.
- Conduct phone or Zoom interviews.
- Participate in weekly online training calls.
- Lead by example with a positive attitude, developing and nurturing
your own team.
- Manage and be accountable for creating your schedule.
- Communicate with your director to maintain accountability.
- Offer support and mentorship to help others achieve their personal and
business goals.

- Conduct research to develop marketing plans and platforms for online
advertising.
