Job description: Position: Remote Medical CollectorLocation: 100% Remote (Missouri)Pay: $17-18.50/hrAbout the Role:Join a fast-growing PT clinic network, supporting billing and collections from home. As a detail-oriented Medical Collector, you’ll manage claims, address inquiries, resolve account issues, and follow up on denials.Job Duties:
- Manage primary and secondary claims
- Respond to patient and insurance inquiries
- Work with clinics to resolve outstanding balances
- Resolve denials and submit appeals
- Ensure timely claim payments

Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of medical collections experience preferred
- Knowledge of insurance systems and claims processing
