- Clinical oversight, clinical leadership, and partnership in the management of behavioral health activities with all lines of business
- Oversees concurrent review process, care integration efforts, and all levels of behavioral health care provided to Members
- Provides direction of current clinical practices for behavioral health services – Utilization Management, Quality Management, and Case Management
- Remote position I Must go into the office as neede
- Must reside near or in Orange County, CA
Required Qualifications for Medical Director – Psychiatrist :
- Minimum of 5 years of post-residency or licensure experience in a psychiatric specialty
- Must have leadership and administrative experience
- Doctorate of Medicine an accredited institution required
- CA Medical Doctor license required
- Certification by an American Specialty Board in Psychiatry.
- Strong product and program management experience, product delivery, product environments, and management consulting
- Experience in quality, care coordination, and utilization management in inpatient psychiatry, ACO, or FQHC environment
Benefits for Medical Director – Psychiatrist :

Pay Details:
- $246,000 – $344,000 annually + 5% bonus based on HEDIS measures
