We are doing big things.Come join us at eXp Realty – a 7x Glassdoor Best Places to Work organization!What you will do:The REVENOS Manager – Relocation will be responsible for supporting all operations, growth and productivity aspects of eXp Relocation Division in REVENOS & Affiliated Services by helping build and manage Standard Operating Procedures, working with our Brokers, Agents, corporate clients and all other eXp operational staff and initiatives. The REVENOS Manager- Relocation will also work closely with our Brokers and Agents to help support the growth of our eXp Relocation business across eXp globally. The REVENOS Manager-Relocation will collaborate with the Sr.Director, Global Relocation for all growth and operational business and initiatives to ensure alignment. Ongoing development of Brokers, Agents and staff, by supporting all training and client engagement events. Supporting compliance at the state level for all Affinity and Relocation business. This person will have an exceptional track record as a multistate supervisor, project management, operations and an understanding of running an Affinity and Relocation business in a real estate brokerage at a national level, an aptitude for leading and inspiring teams, a collaborative approach, and a boundless work ethic. They must be a “people-person” but also possess the ability to implement systems and scale business nationally.
