Business Analyst is responsible for business systems related fields and how they align with user needs. Documents requirements, establishes scope, objectives and determines strategy for implementing systems related fields to achieve business goals including: gathering and prioritizing customer requirements and working closely with business functions to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.As a member of the Success Factors technology team, this role provides technical expertise to support SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central. In this capacity the qualified candidate provides excellent leadership, and consultative support to key stakeholders. In addition, this role performs risk assessments, audits, monitors architectural integrity, and supports product updates/upgrades. The role provides support to daily operational aspects to ensure the proper data flow and capture, reporting and software maintenance. Work is done closely with internal IT team and HR business partners to support projects.The role is also responsible for maintenance of standards of system performance and reliability by following procedures, analyzing root causes and addressing continuous improvement.
- Collaborates closely with various stakeholders including HR and related business teams, SAP SuccessFactors support, consultants, and IT colleagues to timely and efficiently address daily support issues or project initiatives.
- Supports overall HRIS functionality.
- Ensures all work is done within the confines of data privacy.
- Supports business requests to support year end audits.
- Provides support for internal audits and other projects.
- Responsible for creating meaningful and impactful analyses creating reports and presenting findings.
- Provides excellent project management to ensure timely execution of projects with excellent quality.
- Helps drive the technology updates and future strategies that enable full utilization of SuccessFactors and related tools.
- Provide technical maintenance support, testing, audits, and additional analysis to ensure the system integrity.
Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Strong technical knowledge of SuccessFactors suite of products and how they support Human Resources and general business operations.
- Understands the Human Resources employee life-cycle and related processes.
- Skilled in the use of analysis to test system integrity, manage audits, and provide report generation support.
- Knowledge of Ingentis and/or related organization chart tools.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems logically.
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes and provide reports.
- Demonstrated agility, adaptability to meet business needs.
- Must be available for callout 24 X 7
Job Specific QualificationsRequired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or a related technical field
- 4 or more years of HRIS systems experience with at least 2 years related work experience with the SuccessFactors suite of products.
- 2+ years proven experience working with project teams to determine implementation strategy
- 1+ years proven experience with developing testing strategy for large complex projects
- Must possess demonstrated leadership skills
- Ability to work independently on technical issues and utilize a broad knowledge of business analysis, acquired through progressive experience
- Must be able to work and effectively communicate with a wide range of people – peers, vendors, staff members, broader functional and business leadership, and others
- Must demonstrate the ability to proactively communicate technical topics in a clear, succinct, and relevant way
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with external constituent groups and customers
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate ownership and accountability.
- Proficient in Microsoft office including MS Project or similar project management tool; MS Visio

- Experience in a team lead role through projects and other work planning experiences
