Job description: nepf, LLC is seeking a Senior Consultant with strong HR Transformation and Change Management experience to help our clients manage change for their strategic programs and projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team on client projects, playing a pivotal part in ensuring the delivery of innovative, impactful, and sustainable transformation strategies for our clients.Our team is based primarily in Southern California, but valuing the flexibility of remote work, this role is open to qualified candidates based in Pacific time or Mountain time zones. This position suits an individual with 4-6+ years of existing HR transformation and change management consulting experience. We are also looking for a results-oriented go-getter with a passion for change and transformation who is ready to work collaboratively in helping our clients thrive in this rapidly changing world.Benefits include a competitive salary, 15 days PTO, 10 days Paid Holidays, 6 days Paid Sick Leave, a 401k plan with employer match, great Health insurance, Vision, Dental, Life and Disability benefits.Your Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Assume a Sr Consultant role to support and deliver transformational change for initiatives that implement new ways of working, new processes and new systems at our clients
  • Shape and deliver transformational change for the HR function
  • Interact with team members and clients at different levels in large company settings
  • Deliver assigned work deliverables in collaboration with team members and with inputs from stakeholders
  • Identify potential organization risk, resistance, and gaps, and work to develop and implement mitigation and/or correction actions
  • Creatively and effectively present outcomes to stakeholders and gain client stakeholder buy-in
  • Support business development and internal offering development activities

What Will Make You a Good Fit for This Position:

  • 4-6+ years of relevant Consulting experience in a large company setting
  • Client-facing consulting experience working with large, complex, and/or enterprise-wide programs
  • Experience in HR transformation and understanding of the HR function in a large organization
  • Organization change management experience
  • Solid project management skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • A passion for Transformation and the role that technology is playing in shaping of the modern workforce
  • Strong attention to detail and proven delivery excellence with the ability to self-start and work independently
  • Ability to create impactful presentations that effectively communicate insights and tell a compelling story
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, energetic and professional demeanor, and highly client-oriented are all must-have characteristics
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
