This role is critical for ensuring content consistency, quality, and relevance across digital platforms.Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management: – Develop, author, and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including web, mobile, and print. – Ensure content adheres to style guides, brand voice, and tone, meeting SEO and digital marketing standards. – Create structured content models that align with company needs and best practices. –
- Content Modeling & Structuring: – Develop and implement content models to support structured and modular content. – Optimize content for reuse across different platforms and channels. – Collaborate with teams to ensure content aligns with information architecture and user experience (UX) requirements. –
- Content System Management: – Utilize and manage Component Content Management (CCM) systems to store, version, and manage content components. – Leverage CMS tools (e.g., AEM, WordPress, or other proprietary systems) to manage, publish, and update content efficiently.
- Integrated Systems Knowledge: – Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure the smooth integration of content management tools with other systems, including Maps, localization, and personalization tools. – Work with data-driven platforms and analytics to enhance the content delivery based on performance insights. –
- Project Management & Collaboration: – Lead and mentor junior content authors and writers, providing editorial guidance and feedback. – Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, UX, marketing, and IT, to align content strategies with business goals. – Manage content lifecycle, from ideation to publication, while adhering to timelines and quality standards. –
- Quality Assurance & Optimization: – Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency of all published content. – Continuously review and update content to reflect the latest trends, tools, and user needs. – Utilize feedback and analytics to optimize content performance and user engagement.
Required Qualifications: –
- Experience: 10-20 years of professional experience in content authoring, with a strong focus on digital content.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Component Content Management (CCM) systems, Content Management Systems (CMS), and other related tools.
- Strong knowledge of content modeling, modular content creation, and structured content approaches. – Experience with integrated tools such as Maps, content personalization systems, and automation technologies. – Knowledge of SEO, content analytics, and performance tracking.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work across departments and with different stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to content quality. – Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agile content development methodologies.

- Advanced knowledge of UX/UI principles and information architecture.
