This is a key strategic role that will drive revenue growth, increase market penetration, and strengthen Wind River’s brand within the global automotive industry, including the rapidly expanding software-defined vehicle sector.You will own the GTM strategy, aligning closely with Sales to define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and create tailored messaging per segment and region. Your focus will be on positioning our market-leading DevOps, embedded, and enterprise solutions to drive adoption and revenue growth across key automotive verticals.The role requires an expert with a proven track record in marketing software solutions to the automotive sector, including the ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that resonate with global customers. You will shape our GTM plan by leveraging deep industry insights, market research, and strategic partnerships, while directly contributing to pipeline growth and market expansion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the creation and execution of the Automotive GTM strategy, collaborating with Sales to identify high-growth opportunities and align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Build brand recognition in both existing and emerging automotive segments.
- Develop comprehensive demand generation campaigns, awareness programs, and lead nurture strategies to drive market penetration.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to amplify marketing efforts, ensuring a scalable approach to demand generation.
- Utilize data-driven insights to build performance dashboards that track key marketing KPIs across global regions.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
- 10+ years of marketing experience in the automotive, software development tools, or adjacent technology sectors, with a focus on embedded solutions.
- Proven success in designing and leading GTM strategies that have resulted in measurable pipeline growth and market share expansion.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience in working with Sales and Product teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth and product innovation.
