Job description: Client Agency wishes to engage Contractor to perform an assessment (the “Assessment”) of the Application. The scope of the Assessment provided under this agreement includes the following deliverables (the “Deliverables”):
- Vision of strategic end state for modernizing the Application
- Documented dependencies, policies, and constraints
- Implementation journey map and milestones
- Architectural guidelines
- Technology and best practice recommendations
- Estimate of work effort and cost for the implementation phase of modernizing the Application
Client Agency and Contractor acknowledge and agree that, while this SOW describes the anticipated Deliverables, if Client Agency requests additional work and the fulfillment of a new request is likely to exceed the schedule or cost limits under this SOW, Contractor will promptly advise Client Agency so the parties may amend the SOW appropriately.Number Name Deliverables Description Start Date End Date
