The Salesforce Senior Business Analyst/ Scrum Master skill set will apply process improvement and reengineering methodologies and principles to conduct process modernization technology products.
Responsible for the effective transition of existing project activities and objects; provide group facilitation, interviewing, training, and deliver additional forms of knowledge transfer; key coordinator between multiple project teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration of reengineering and technical efforts.
Skill set will work independently under general guidelines and/ or objectives.
Possess advanced technical and managerial skills; fully knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of a program, technical or functional area.Develops program/ project schedule; conducts programs reviews and meetings; and has extensive experience and knowledge with the processes and procedures relative to the technical and functional area.Manages a single system acquisition program or project for major complex programs.
