  • Ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices by analyzing market data and benchmarking salaries.
  • Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with company objectives and employee retention goals.
  • Oversee the administration of compensation programs, including salary planning, bonus structures, and equity plans.
  • Manage Annual Merit/Bonus payout

Payroll Oversight:

  • Manage and process payroll for the US and Canada, ensuring timely and accurate payroll execution.
  • Work with an outside vendor to oversee the processing of UK, India and Costa Rica payroll. Submit all necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and standards in all regions.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation of payroll-related expenses.

HRIS and Reporting:

  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate data management and reporting.
  • Generate and analyze reports on payroll, compensation metrics, and other HR-related data.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Work with HR team to make sure all software is connected with the HRIS
  • Key administrator for the HRIS
  • Implement additional connections/modules or launch new HRIS

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to payroll and compensation in the US, UK, and Canada.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure payroll and compensation programs adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and industry trends to proactively adjust policies and practices.

Vendor and Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with payroll vendors and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, including HR, finance, and legal teams, to ensure cohesive payroll and compensation strategies.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PPT, and Outlook)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong experience with ADP HRIS.
  • Generate HR presentations and reports as requested
  • Tax experience is required.
  • Experience with global payroll: USA and Canada Required- UK, India, and Costa Rica are preferred.
  • Experience with A&M work
