(GPM), Strategy, Business Development (BD) and MedSci provides HR partnership to the Global Product Mgmt, Strategy / Business Development, and MedSci organizations. This role will execute the HR strategy in support of the overall business objectives with emphasis on talent management, leadership coaching, organizational design, employee engagement and creating a world-class associate experience.This position is part of the Global Product Management, Marketing, Strategy & BD HR team and will be located in Sunnyvale, California. - Build and maintain strong relationships to partner with leaders to understand needs, challenges, and goals to translate into effective HR strategies and solutions execute talent strategies that grow associate development, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and internal partners to ensure the organization has the appropriate talent to deliver on both short- and long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic advice and guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, diversity/equity/inclusion, and organizational development.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze talent related data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Communicate talent expectations effectively with all levels of leadership while collaborating with key talent across the supported functionals to coach and support development opportunities.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, legal compliance, and talent management principles.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including remote teams.
- Able to influence and coach leadership at multiple levels within an organization.
- Able to work with limited supervision and direction and operate and drive results and set priorities independently.
- Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience OR Master’s with 6+ years of experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Strong data-driven analysis and decision making with the knowledge and ability to interpret and develop key insights from available data to drive strategy.
- Demonstrating strong executive presence with ability to command respect and gain credibility through exercise of sound business judgment, clear decision-making, and excellent communication.
- Managing significant change/project initiatives, including change management experience.
Other Requirements
- Up to 10% travel may be required, mainly domestic travel.
- Must be able to work at the Sunnyvale, CA headquarters site 3 days/week and available for travel up to 15% of the time.

This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
