- Lead diverse agile teams, through all phases of software development, to deliver strategic initiatives for customer facing eCommerce applications on-time, with high quality and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross scrum teams, product, DevOps, UX, and business teams on defining and executing on product backlog and technology roadmap.
- Ensure extensibility, maintainability, performance & scalability of the eCommerce applications.
- Manage and participate in cross-functional delivery of large-scale and complex projects, involving multiple internal, external teams, SaaS vendors and stakeholders.
- Manage budget, project finances and vendors.
- Oversee software development efforts, engaging in code/design reviews and architectural choices as necessary.
- Provide career development for associates through active mentoring, goal setting, continuous feedback and providing opportunities to grow their skillset.
- Work with leadership to create and plan the technology roadmaps. Collaborate with architects and engineers in adopting new technology.
Minimum Requirements:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with most recently as an architect or engineering manager. (2+ years minimum as a manager)
- 5+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise application preferably in eCommerce domain.
- 5+ years of experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFE)
- Previous experience as a Program Manager in an eCommerce environment will also be considered.
- Experience in SaaS integrations especially with headless and modular eCommerce platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.
Other (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
- Deep understanding and experience in software development and architecting / building highly scalable enterprise or eCommerce systems.
- Background in delivering customer facing experiences, strong technical ability, excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in leading high performance global engineering teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in AWS, ReactJS Redux, NodeJS/npm, Typescript, RESTful API, Microservices, Ruby on Rails, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SNS, SQS, Lambda.

The base pay ranges included below are specific to the locations listed, and may not be applicable to other locations.California : [$122,550 – 174,000]
Connecticut, New York, and Rhode Island: [$122,550 159,250]
Colorado and Washington: [$122,550 – 147,500]
Nevada: [$115,250 – 159,250]This position may be eligible for a bonus incentive, health benefits, a 401K program, and other employee perks.
