- Drive quality performance engineering process development and evolution to enable consistent predictive conditions
- Provide direction on the processes, procedures, and templates to be used
- Represent a firm and proactive approach to entrance and exit criteria
- Create metrics definition, identify improvement opportunities, and define and implement roadmap
- Provide thought leadership towards the future state performance engineering
- Introduce and implement common automation frameworks to support all test types across enterprise
- Socialize the test automation best practices and influence architecture and design decisions
- Introduce and implement performance engineering frameworks
- Review system architecture and designs from performance viewpoint
- Socialize the performance best practices and influence architecture and design decisions
- Conduct feasibility studies, determine ROI, and publish findings
- Suggestion of Tools, DevOps Pipeline Blueprints
- Continuous Improvement and monitoring
- CI/CD Automation first approach
- Developer Training and Knowledge Management plan
- Prepare maturity score model and key takeaways from the assessment exercise
- Prepare a proposed roadmap for improving performance, test data and test environment maturity through a 90-180-360-day plan
- Document and prepare handbook related to Performance, Test Data & Test Environment QE processes.
- Develop and execute process improvements for the QA team using standard templates, process definitions and best practices.
- Manage and validate all testing artefacts generated by the tool and establish corrective actions for any non-conformance.

- Analyze data / output from tools and compare the same with project requirements.
- Document and baseline hardware requirements and any other prerequisite for the tools to be ready for use.
- Monitor and analyse project data to identify risks and monitor implementation of a Process and Quality Control Strategy for performance, test data and test environments.
- Train various teams for tools usage, quality procedures and ensure compliance to best practices.

- Must have hands on working experience in TDD/BDD.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in BDD
