This position is a part of the HR Service Center (HRSC) team and will act as a resource to campus departments employing faculty, staff, and students. - Complete a large number of HR and Payroll related transactions.
- Support compliance with University, State, and Federal rules.
- Build and maintain employment records using human resources management system (HCM) and maintain human resources-related data.
- Provide transactional and policy expertise related to I-9 & e-verify, background checks, etc.
HRSC Outreach and Customer Service:
- Proactively develop constructive and harmonious working relationships with HRSC departments.
- Meet quality standards for services, maintain a high level of professionalism in communications, and connect with a wide variety of people across campus.
- Serve as a member of the HR team and participate as a representative of HR in internal and external events and groups as appropriate.
What You Should Know
- This is a fully remote position.
- This is a temporary position, working from mid-September 2024 through Spring 2025.

- Administrative experience in Higher Education.
