Learn more at .What will you be doing?You will champion and drive operational excellence by developing and improving operating practices across Global HR. By partnering closely with Global HR COEs, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders across the enterprise, you will elevate the employee experience and own people-first processes such as immigration, on/off-boarding, and others. You will lead strategic initiatives and activities such as M&A due diligence efforts and integrations. To support Circana’s growth, you will drive process standardization and scale across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC for Global HR. You also will develop a high-performance and data-driven culture across all Global HR Operations teams.
- Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across Global HR through processes such as on/off-boarding, immigration, employee relations, HR policy development and management, severance, employee mobility, and front-line/general HR employee questions.
- People and Functional Leadership: Mentor and lead the Global HR Operations function with teams supporting operations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- M&A: Lead HR due diligence and integration efforts in partnership with HRBPs, other HR COEs, and consulting partners.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by developing operational metrics that enable proactive identification of opportunity areas and establish baselines to enhance operating practices over time.
- Partnership and Vendor Management: Accountable for managing external, and operational vendor relationships and maintaining successful partnerships with HRBPs, HR COEs, and cross-functional partner teams.
- Employee Relations: Lead the centralized employee relations sub-team with governance responsibility for investigations, PiP processes, etc.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with 5+ years as an HR functional leader in Operations.
- Demonstrated success leading global teams with a hybrid on/offshore model to support efforts across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Data-driven with experience developing operational SLAs/KPIs and familiarity with the OKR/OGSP model.
- Proven, balanced strategic thought leadership with the ability to drive execution excellence by diving into details to gain the right context that will enable the ability to achieve desired outcomes.
- Experience with leading M&A due diligence efforts and integrations.
- Proven understanding and experience with employee relations functions (centralized or otherwise) and investigations.
- Proven understanding of the product mindset and methodologies such as Agile and Six Sigma.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences.
- Strong partnership, consultative, and active listening skills, including the ability to be a proactive advisor to HRBPs, HR COEs, and cross-functional partner teams

LocationThis position can be located in the following area(s): U.S. RemoteThe below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
