This role requires a proven track record of success in building and leading high-performing marketing teams, as well as a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, PR, and traditional media.
- Oversee brand management and positioning, ensuring consistent messaging and brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective lead generation, nurturing, and customer relationship management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop strategies to gain a competitive advantage.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Measure and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer success, to achieve business goals.
- Develop and execute revenue marketing strategies to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Analyze customer data and market insights to identify high-value target segments and develop tailored marketing campaigns.
- Optimize marketing funnels and conversion rates to improve lead quality and sales efficiency.
- Measure and report on revenue marketing performance metrics to demonstrate ROI and impact on business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles with a proven track record of success.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, social media, and emerging marketing technologies.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
- Experience in managing and optimizing marketing budgets.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience in Design Technology and/or Connected Data is preferred.
- Knowledge of specific marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, analytics).
- Experience in leading marketing teams.
